Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility

• Item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• Consumables (suture threads, blades, disposable specula) that have been opened are not eligible for return

How to Return

1. Email us at info@asqmedical.com with your order reference and reason for return
2. We will provide a return shipping address within 24 hours
3. Ship the item back at your cost (we recommend tracked shipping)
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
