Orders & Pricing

Prices are displayed in your selected currency and are approximate conversions from USD. The final charge is processed in USD unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to cancel orders with pricing errors.

Shipping & Delivery

See our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the shipment is handed to the carrier.

Limitation of Liability

ASQ Medical Equipment's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be resolved through negotiation first; then in courts of competent jurisdiction in Pakistan.
